Non-Accessible Content
The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a text alternative serving the same purpose.
- C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be determined programmatically (or are unavailable via text).
- C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and text-in-image does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except where exempted (e.g., logos).
- C.9.1.4.11 – For certain essential components, in their various states, the color contrast between foreground and adjacent elements does not meet a 3:1 ratio.
- C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionality cannot be operated using a keyboard (or equivalent input interface).
- C.9.2.4.1 – There is no mechanism to skip repeated content blocks across multiple web pages.
- C.9.2.4.3 – On some pages navigable sequentially where order affects meaning or operation, some focusable elements do not receive focus in an order preserving meaning and operability.
- C.9.2.4.4 – For certain links, the purpose cannot be determined from link text alone or link text with surrounding content.
- C.9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements the focus indicator is not visible.
- C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when an input error is detected automatically, the erroneous element is not identified and/or the error is not described via text.
- C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases no labels or instructions are provided for content requiring user input.
- C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, script-generated components…) have incorrect or missing names, roles, states, properties or values, or users and their assistive technologies are not notified when they change.
- C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases status messages are not presented in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without moving focus.

This declaration was prepared on 23 June 2025.
The evaluation was carried out by a third party using both objective and subjective analysis (see Article 3(1) of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).
It was last reviewed on 23 June 2025, in compliance with the recommendation for at least annual review.
