It represents the Midland 2022 intercom with the best price/performance. Ahead of the others in its category, it is equipped with a technology that allows 4 people to communicate with each other up to a distance of 1,200 m between motorcycle and motorcycle in Conference mode.
BTR1 ADVANCED is first also in the quality of the sound, which reaches the ears of the motorcyclist through a dedicated audio system, designed by RCF R&D. The new intercom promises a “weekend” duration of operation, compatibility with models of other brands, with smartphones, navigators and TFT dialogue systems present on the dashboards of many motorcycles.
The BTR1 ADVANCED, the latest flagship intercom in the range, introduces a "PARALLEL AUDIO" feature that elevates communication and entertainment on two wheels to unprecedented levels, offering you a unique experience in terms of comfort, safety, and riding pleasure. A true Midland innovation for a single-processor model.
With "PARALLEL AUDIO," you can finally say goodbye to the annoying interruptions that often occur when using multiple audio sources simultaneously. You can converse in intercom mode with your travel companion and, in the background, listen to GPS app directions and your favorite playlist. "PARALLEL AUDIO" provides the BTR1 Advanced with the same benefits and convenience as the "stereo background" function previously reserved for dual-processor models. The latter will only have greater operational stability in case of multiple Bluetooth connections.
How does it work? From now on, if I play music and/or activate a GPS app (on the device connected to volume +), I will automatically hear their audio in the background of the intercom communication.
Midland has expanded connectivity options by extending compatibility to SENA devices. Thanks to this new compatibility, Midland intercoms can now be paired via Bluetooth intercom without difficulty, even with Cardo, SENA, and Interphone devices, creating a seamlessly integrated communication ecosystem among the main brands in the sector. This means that, regardless of the intercom brand chosen by your travel companions, it will be possible to establish a Bluetooth intercom connection easily without having to give up using your phone.
